Pantech to Supply CDMA Handsets to Vivo

Korean Pantech has signed an agreement with Vivo, the largest mobile operator in Brazil with 38% market share and 28.4 million subscribers. Under this agreement, Pantech will provide 200,000 CDMA handsets with VGA-resolution camera modules to Vivo. Pantech also expects to sell 500,000 3G handsets in Brazil during 2006.
